Dakar Nola is an ode to Chef Serigne Mbaye’s two favorite cities. We are thrilled to offer modern Senegalese food with a Creole twist. Our menu features a rotating highlight of seasonal produce and seafood blending together Senegalese ingredients with local fare.
An opportunity to work at The Commanders Palace brought Serigne to New Orleans in 2016. After leaving in 2018 to work at other Michelin Star restaurants, he returned to New Orleans in 2020 to launch Dakar Nola. Welcome to Dakar Nola.
